The location is amazing and the suite was very comfortable - especially the bed! I’m sure to be back.

Lovely big room overlooking the viaduct basin. Had a bench with a sink and a minimum amount of crockery and cutlery that you could do a simple breakfast or lunch. Room was serviced daily even Christmas day.staff were really helpful in assisting with luggage.

The service and definitely the location was awesome! Beautiful beautiful views. The receptionist that I was communicating with was prompt with the replies and made things clear for me. Thank you for the excellent service.

That it had all I was looking for, ocean right by, 3 cafes/bar/restaurants, a gym and sauna, indoor pool and indoor spa pool! Plus an onsite beauty therapist! It’s an amazing place

Great sized rooms and very, very comfortable beds. The location was excellent in the wynyard quarter of Auckland.
